I visited showroom personally and glasses were ready promptly. Served by courteous, efficient staff. Excellent service, very pleased.

Absloute trash. Glasses have completely the wrong prescription. Literally have to bin them.

My sunglasses have a manufacturing defect in them but because I'm out of your 12 month warranty , you're not interest . I consider the reactolite lenses not fit for purpose . If you want a pair of sunglasses to last more then 12 months don't buy from here because they don't care.

Trying to get hold of direct sight no joy ordered glasses 13 th August estimated delivery 27th August still not arrived answered one email .but no response to others can’t get through on phone .Are they a real company.?

This company is a circus I wish I could show you the emails. Paid over 2 months ago for glasses they messed me around from day one with empty promises and no delivery what so ever,was lied to several times and given false dead line dates. This company is a scam if you ask me I have got my money back as yet. Stay away stay far away from this company.

Broke my glasses and didn't have time to go to Specsavers etc so I paid for their "next-day if ordered before 3pm" service in order to have glasses ready in time to go on holiday for the weekend. Gave it 4 days breathing room just in-case they turned out to be delayed. Unfortunately these useless flannels seem to advertise services they can't deliver, and so it wasn't until well over a week that I actually got them, AFTER I chased them up and had to then wait several days for a slow response ("oh sorry it got lost, i'll put it through now"). Of course the glasses are pretty much superfluous by this time as I've already returned from a blurry-eyed holiday lol. They were so honourable they even decided to give me a £10 refund. Funny considering you have to pay £19 for the next-day service. The glasses themselves were scratched lol, some weirdly oily fingerprints all over both of the lenses and chunks of the cheapy plastic frames had already been chipped off. Complete joke of a company. They've clearly been messing with reviews to give themselves a higher score on TrustPilot etc given how terrible they are. (4+ stars lol give me a break) AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

No communication,no response to emails,telephone not answered then cuts you off they lie by saying they sent emails when clearly they havent still waiting for glasses ordered 6 weeks ago will never use this shower again,might be easier to drive up to amersham to get them

I had previously purchased off Direct Sight with not problems. I recently placed an order for a reglaze of my glasses,I read reviews and became extremely concerned, there were so many negative reviews. My glasses arrived wasn't quite happy with them, I contacted Direct Sight who were extremely helpful. Return my glasses one week later they arrived back to me. They are excellent ! Needn't have worried at all. Thanks Direct Sight for an excellent service.

I ordered some glasses on 30th April. The glasses have still not arrived. They tell me that the glasses will arrive on the 18th May. I was trying to contact ‘Glasses Direct’. Direct Sight seem to have some way of confusing the purchaser. I think it’s a scam.

Terrible company, £150 for glasses to receive these in terrible quality, asked for this to be rectified and have been told I am lying and there is nothing with the glasses, now refusing to give me a refund. Impossible to speak to anyone instead they hide behind their emails. Shall be taking this further as it's theft, avoid if you do not want disappointment or stress.

Seriously Dont Bother with them at all… Seriouslyn't bother with them at all ! As a loyal customer having the same prescription and this is my 3rd lot ,they were wrong ! told to send them back for correction at my expense as they have a problem with the Post Office getting their return labels Ha Ha ! total rubbish and today for the umpteenth time their phone lines are out of order and when they are working the cut off after 10 mins and 31 seconds, one day I grew a beard waiting for them to answer and when they do (a week ago ) they give you the runaround! fine when they get compliments but when they get a negative review like this you will be ignored. The whole experience with Direct Sight was a total disgrace! And it is still not resolved. perhaps it is to do with their position at Companies House, CHECK YOURSELVES ! before you part with your cash! Company status Active — (Active proposal to strike off) Company Type Private limited Company Incorporated on 6 February 2020 (Accounts overdue) Next accounts made up to 28 February 2023 due by 30 November 2023 Last accounts made up to 28 February 2022 Sorry I cannot trust them to run a business let alone treat their customers correctly ! As with others, I wished I’d seen the below before ordering (I did check trust pilot 🙄). It’s been almost 3 weeks since I placed my order - initially was told there was an issue with the lens cutting machine but they have failed to respond to my last 2 emails chasing delivery. I suspect I’ll have to make a chargeback claim via my bank 😡

I wish I had seen these reviews before I went ahead and ordered new glasses. I am still waiting for my order. It's now gone way past the confirmed delivery date and to get any communication or reply is non existent or impossible. It states on the website "sit back and relax"... yeah!... and then wait... wait... wait... :(

Avoid this company, terrible service, funnily enough .....5 star service at TAKING YOUR MONEY, 0 stars for sending the glasses, same generic message from customer service as previous poor sods have posted here, 5 stars for excuses, just avoid this company people!!!!!!!!!

The Order received was incorrect. I called to resolve the issue but the advisor is not willing to help. Waste of time and money. Please avoid and find a better company.

if i could give 0 stars i would i ordered 2 weeks ago and ive received no glasses no email explaining when they will arrive! The 0800 number doesn't work and the 01494 number may as well not work either as they dont answer! absolutely 0 customer service

Ordered Glasses, within a week they had broke. Cheap nasty plastic. Contacted them to say they had broke was told they would send out another pair ! Waited two weeks, in that time I was unable to read and my eyes were sore. NO GLASSES. NO CONTACT ! So I rung them, was lied to me I was told their machine had broke, but would get next day delivery! NOTHING waited three extra days contacted them, and said I now wanted a up grade even offering to pay the difference ! I was then just refunded…. No contact nothing. DO NOT BUY ! After reading the above reviews something I wished I had done before I bought, BIG lesson learnt, I’m now going to go to Trading Standards, clearly something is a miss here !

Its a con... they take your money and make excuses why its taking weeks to get them ... ie.. machines have broken down... i had the same problem with another on line company.... i personally think they take your money and have no intention of sending you your order and just keep you waiting weeks and weeks... but in the mean time they are making interest on the costumer's money... if they have million pounds of orders, how much are they making in interest a month... a great way to earn money without lifting a finger.... AVOID AVOID AVOID
