“Had one of the lense popping out of the frame. Returned to them & the glasses were returned back to within 5days. Ordering from the website is simple & easy so ive never needed to call them. Ive now bought about 4 pairs & never have i been disappointed by the quality which is very good. Will be buying more glasses that for sure”

“I made a mistake on my prescription, sent an email correcting it , it was impossible to contact them but to be fair they made the glasses correctly and they were fine”

“Had existing glasses reglazed with new lenses no complaints so far new prescription to replace scratched lenses very pleased although would prefer phone contact”
