I ordered a pair of glasses and paid extra to have the lenses thinned down, £50.95 inc postage, The product when it arrived was awful and the lenses still very thick, so I returned them to Directline, Which cost an additional £2.95. After 4 emails, I received £20. 95 back. You only get back the price of the actual frames, not the lenses, which frankly, were no better than what you would get at Poundland. So I lost over £30. I would not recommend this site.
