I qualified for network unlocking according to Direct Unlocks after paying for the 1st part. Then I paid for the 2nd part for Direct Unlocks to unlock my phone. Unlocking takes 5 business days. It’s been more than 5 business days. I wrote an email to Direct Unlocks, but they completely ignored my email twice. No response from them. I qualify for a refund according to their Terms of Service, but Direct Unlocks are completely unresponsive.
