I saw this company on a Google search amd saw they had great reviews. I paid the INITIAL check fee, which they make it seems as if you're paying to get the unlock code. You then get a message to pay an additional fee for the unlock code. I felt uneasy, but I paid the additional fee because the phone I purchased online was locked to the carrier. I waited the 5 days, and the progress bar went to 99% and got a message saying that they are needing additional time. I emailed them 3 times, to which they never replied. I honestly wanted to leave a good rating for this company, but I feel that the majority of the positive reviews are fake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! ONCE THEY STICK BY THEIR WORD, I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW....AS OF 3/7/2023, MY REVIEW STANDS AS SUCH
