I went through the whole deal and was told that they couldn't unlock my phone because it didn't ask for an unlock code. They said that I was to receive a $74 credit to use on their site. They explained another method that could be used to unlock my phone. On their site when I tried to use the credit that they had given me, it would not accept the credit and began deleting my info as quick as I could enter it. I believe that their reviews are fake and they are running a scam. I will keep on them until I get satisfaction. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and can't afford to take a loss like this.
