We booked a two week stay in Moraira via. Direct Holiday Villas. We had a relatively late major problem with our booking resulting from a failure by one of their clients, because of personal problems, being unable to provide us with the villa we had booked. This was obviously a very rare occasion but direct holiday villas worked extremely hard to provide with a very suitable alternative at no extra cost. As a result I, my wife, and two friends had a super holiday in a very lovely villa.
