Have complained many times to Direct line That under no conditions that they will not Automatically Renew my car insurance without myself knowing what am paying for it and why it’s keeps going up every year and I have never had to ever make a Claim in all my 40 + years driving.
Plus they would not even discuss It very poor. And Highly overrated
