I wrote to these guys for a full refund. They took my money by direct debit then told me they don`t do van insurance. They never replied back to me and have held onto my £600.00 + quid ever since. Absolute robbers. I had to click a star to write a review otherwise I would not give one at all. Then they have the cheek to send me pet insurance offers. Who ever owns this company is bad.
