Terrible customer service. Bought shoes before Christmas. They were the wrong size which is fine. I sent them via Royal Mail with the return label direct shoes provided. They are now saying they can’t find the shoes and that it is my fault and are refusing to do anything. I’m now out £100 and have no shoes and they are blaming the customer and doing nothing about it.
