I received a despatch email on the Tuesday afternoon with a tracking reference that the email advised would be available to check on Royal Mail from 6pm. The delivery service selected was 2-3 working days (Royal Mail 48)
The tracking code provided never worked with Royal Mail and when I questioned with DirectSports I was told it wouldn't work until they tried to deliver (which contradicts the wording in the despatch email).
The order finally arrived after 5 working days and several emails to DirectSports.
