Excellent customer service. We can all easily make a purchase now on line, but I believe any company is only as good as it's after sales and customer service. I had an issue with some shoes I purchased. I was able to contact a member "Patricia" who has been brilliant, following up emails so promptly and professionally. Even calling me! who does that now? Direct Sports does I can assure you. The issue was resolved and I totally trusted the process and the Company. Well done, don't often see this level of service.
