I bought a pair of Yonex tennis shoes for my son that deteriorated after a few months wear so as to be unusable. I returned them within 6 months as they failed in the standard of durability but despite having a hole in the sole the company have failed to offer any recompense and practically accused me of ruining them myself. Saying it was only my opinion there was a fault despite clear photographic evidence. Not only have they not offered to repair, replace or refund me they also want to charge me for them to return the shoes with the holes back to me.
Shockingly bad customer service.
