I ordered 2 vape pens kits. I called as soon as I got it and one was so harsh I could't use. It felt like it would burn my mouth. Customer service was to email me a return authorization. Never received. I called them again and the lady said someone would call me. the one I thought was ok started to do the same thing. I changed the coil and put new oil in it , didn't help. I thought maybe a coil would be available in less harsh taste. I have pretty much given up on them. That is $100.00 lesson.
