Upon receiving my order thy sent the wrong product. I called customer service and the service person did not understand or know anything about the product I was referring to. She said she needed to talk to a specialist. Then I was told to take a photo of what product i received and email it to them. At that time they would discern if i did receive the wrong product and rectify it if i was sent the wrong product. Two days later I have not received a response and upon telephoning them again i was told to be patient because it takes time for them to review emails. I am upset!
