1 star is 100 too many. Order took 4 days just to pack…I sent 6 emails to them for support, all went unanswered. Phone hold times exceed 45 minutes, I’ve called 7 times. Order tracking is incorrect and no one can tell me where my order is. Customer service supervisor, Tracy, was horrendous…rude, interrupted, did not listen, raised her voice at me and made excuses for shipping and how backed up they are in her department. No surprise, considering how horrible this place has been to work with. Do not waste your money with these thieves.
