Unable to speak with a manager ("they just left for the day"), excuses for shipping, invalid phone number for 5 string solutions (delivery company), told to wait 21 days to be refunded. IF refunded it can take 3-10 business days. the tracking info is invalid and states there was an attempt to deliver ( no delivery we have cameras on site).
Over all this is just the biggest headache and $70+ out of my pocket. NEVER AGAIN!
