Buyer beware Highly recommend you use another vape company. I place an order on 11/14 and received a confirmation that same day. On 11/20 I checked my account and and order had shipped, but the tracking Would not update. Since this order required an adult signature, I checked my account daily. On 11/27 I emailed their customer service. On 11/28 I received a full refund and several emails explaining that their carrier no longer delivered in my area. Unfortunately I did not see the emails prior to calling their customer service, wish I had, because the CSR I had on the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The more questions I asked, the louder she talked right over the top of me. I accept that the order was cancelled, but a little heads up at some point in the last fifteen days sure would of been nice, and I wouldn't of run out of coils. Nothing on their website indicates delivery area ( I live in TN, so they aren't that far from me) so be forwarded if you order, and call their customer service at your own risk.
