I usually do not write reviews, but the last few time I interacted with Direct Vapor customer service agents has compelled me to write a review.
Honestly, if I could give em more than 5 stars, I would. The support agent was very very attentive to the issues I raised, followed up the next day, and left a voicemail with updates. Overall it is a very pleasant experience with their customer service.
