So first of all, they will sell you items that they dont have in stock and not inform you. Then when you request a refund after waiting for almost a month they dont respond for 4 days and then miraculously the item in now in stock so instead of giving you a refund they ship the item that you no longer wanted. I also noticed that they hold other items that are in stock if you order multiple items and some are out of stock. They customer service sucks and i will never order from direct vapor again.
