I submitted an order on 1/14 they charged my credit card the next day and updated my order to shipping in progress. One week later when nothing happened no update no shipment I sent an email asking if my item was backordered or something. Two days later, no reply, so I tracked down their customer service number and canceled my order. If they are legit they need to do much better, I will not order from them again. I ordered the same stuff plus some other items I needed the next day from elementvape.com and my order will be here tomorrow.
