Amidst all of the frustration over the COVID-19 shipping delays I would like to add that the DirectVapor support responded to my inquiries about overnight-shipping concerns and refunded me those costs upon the delivery of my items per my request. They responded in a timely manner and even when I got frustrated about the wait they were kind with their responses. I think everyone needs to take a deep breathe and recognize that companies are struggling and that’s the way it is (even when the nic cravings start kicking in). I appreciate their efforts.
