I have contacted them multiple times. It states they are experiencing high than normal contact support volume and can take 24 hours and max 48 hours to contact back.
Well its been well over that, still says my I.D. has not gone through. And I was charged. There is no place to cancel your order.
Do not order from this company. I made the mistake of not seeing reviews 1st.
