Look, I know there's a pandemic. However, there's NO reason to not respond to a customer's email. I asked when they were going to ship since it was past the estimated 72 hours, and received NO response. Ordered the 20th, shipped on the 25th. No email, no phone call...this is not okay. I know they're busy. I know they're having a huge surge of customers. Not being able to ship in the estimated time frame, okay. BUT LET US KNOW. Especially when I shoot you an email!
