I ordered a 2pack bundle of CBD cartridges from DirectVapor.com early last month. I got my package somewhat quickly (I paid for priority shipping). However, upon inspection, they only sent ONE of the two cartridges I ordered. And the one that did show up had burn marks on it and the plastic packaging was clearly melted.
I contacted customer support to alert them to this. After 3 days, I got a response of "Sorry, what did you not receive?". I responded again and again, with no second response from them. They never even acknowledged that I was sent damaged merchandise. It has been 3 weeks since I got a response, so I'm chalking this up to a loss. Will never be a part of their scam again
