I have been doing business with Directvapor for over 7months, have had 1 problem with auto ship called and received my money back. Have received everything I have ordered with no problems. Prices are good and can't find my juice at the store. I have recommended this website to a few different people.
I would suggest if you are having trouble with your order call customer service instead of emailing.
