Absolutely awful customer service. No correspondence. Not to let me know they required an ID check, not to tel me the status of my order. The tracking number on the site does not show any information. I have requested customer support over 7 days ago and then again 4 days ago. Still have not heard back from them. Basically it feels like they have just stolen nearly $200 from me.
