DWC started work on a £30k conservatory in Oct 2021. Some 3 years later I am left with a build which to rectify these faults need completely dismantling and starting again. This includes, plans which were not drawn adequately from day one, a guttering system that is incapable of working to capacity and so leaks into the build, brickwork which has weak and faulty mortar all the way through the build and an uneven floor. They have agreed that these faults are there! Over the past 3 years the company and consistently tried to rectify faults by bodging and fixing problems as cheaply as possible. I have patiently tried to sensibly negotiate this situation over the past 2 years only to be offered a token gesture of remedial work. They cannot take responsibility to deliver the product they offered. They have now offered to waive a final payment which in no way matches the costs needed to resolve the issues. Put through a living hell for well over 2 years with a weak management structure which cares nothing about the customer and good service only taking money from you. Still waiting for an apology! Disgraceful company.
