I had an order made on Monday evening on Thursday when I called the customer care I got 2 different informations. I got an sms on Tuesday saying my parcel is with the courier guys. On Friday when I called back I had still not received my parcel and it was only then dispatched to the courier guys.
They online service it’s not reliable at all.
