I went to the dispensary just to fund out if they had the pneumococal vaccine in stock and nobody could help me. I did not ask to be immunised. All I asked if the vaccine was available but it was an extreme mission. The dispensary assistant asked the clinic sister and she rudely said she is busy with a patient. She kept me waiting. Then after half hour a nursing assistant came out and spoke rudely with no manners. She was a black lady and so was the nurse. Such bad attitude. I never asked to be served or to take any patients place. But surely somebody knows if the vaccine is available. She did not even greet or smile. This is what you get for cheap labour. Most of dischems staff are incompetent.
