Yesterday, 7 February, Corine went to extra lengths to ensure that my new prescription was correctly processed. She took time to respond to my query, contacted my cardiologist's rooms to clarify and also support her understanding of the changed situation. Corine had to e-mail information as the cardiologist was unavailable (in theatre). She ensured that she had two available contact numbers and contacted me today to confirm medication and dosage of new medication. NB Corine printed new labels for existing medication regarding adjusted dosage to avoid any confusion.
