I was harassed, humiliated, threatened, and victimized in your Dis-Chem store. Upon entering, the security already singled me out with rude comments. After paying, I was stopped by another security guard and told that I was going to be searched. In front of other customers, he threatened me, claiming he had seen me shoplifting on camera. After a traumatizing experience and a completed search, the manager told me that the item I had put in my bag was my cellphone, which I had answered during my visit to the store. I have complained, but it seems my concerns are dismissed; it is apparently acceptable for customers to be humiliated. I must just forget it happened and consider the issue closed. Disgusting customer care, Dis-Chem, you should be ashamed!
