I keep getting horrible service at Dischem Okavango. My meds were pre packed and this is supposed to help you not to wait in a long queue . I got there rang the bell and waited after sometime a lady came and asked if I was attended to I said no so she rang the bell as she was attending to a customer in the queue. 15 minutes later I was still there every now and then someone will say I will attend to you but nobody came. Eventually the First Lady on her way to get meds saw I was still there assisted me . The rest just give you looks and say someone will attend to you. I hope they will jack up their service or stop calling people to pack their meds as this service / no service sucks .
