For a seemingly Irish company ( .ie and my confirmation had an Irish number) I was very confused to see a British number ring my phone. With all the scams these days I didn't answer but it seems it was you guys. I understand why you may not do it but I wouldve rather had my missing bottle substituted than just refunded and still pay the full shipping for half the order, or better yet if I could buy it why wasn't it actually available.
The order did come quickly which is a positive but if I'm buying from a .ie website it's because I want it to be Irish
