I placed my order on Monday 28th March and paid €6.50 for courier delivery. It is now Thursday 31st of March and I am yet to receive my order. I spoke to a woman on the phone yesterday at discountcoffee.ie who was rude and dismissive.
I had placed my initial order of 1kg of coffee with a view to buying the 5kg packs on a regular basis if I liked the coffee. However I'll be taking my orders elsewhere after this experience.
