I was really looking forward to my discount coffee order but due to the courier’s (dpd) carelessness I did not receive my order as the package was left in an unsafe place after I specifically asked them not to deliver on a certain date which they confirmed with me but proceeded to deliver it while I was not at home. I do hope the company will do their best to change my mind and order again in the future but while they use DPD’s services I will not be reordering.
