Ordering is straightforward, and notifications for order status are spot on. Delivery is normally next day, and arrive well packed.
As my preference is for Ethiopian and Columbian coffees, I tend to wait until there is a special on these two before ordering. It would be great if I could just do a repeat order for what I like when I start to get low, rather than waiting for a special offer becoming available.
