Good fast service, but sending out an ambiguous tracking email too early meant that I spent a wasted day waiting for the package to be delivered. The email seemed to suggest it would arrive the same day as the email. More clarity on that one please. A few small rotating side columns on the website, showing the range of your products might help sales. I had been looking for a milk thermometer recently, only to find I could have bought one from you, and included it in last week’s package. Postage for that on it’s own makes it prohibitive now. Good work.
