I think you can tell a lot about a company when something goes wrong ie. the way they handle the problem. My order was delivered to another customer but as soon as the fault was spotted (on the Monday) I was contacted and another order despatched which I received on the Thursday. I love their Pure Roast Coffee Pods especially the 'Italian Espresso & Signature'. My one suggestion would be while they can advise on their own brand, some more information on the Branded Coffees would be helpful.
