Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review. I placed my order on November 11 and after about two weeks I realized I had not received any acknowledgement or shipping notification. I tried customer service but my email was never replied to. I finally dug into the small print terms and conditions and it stated that it could take 1-3 months for my order to be received. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable. To date, 12/21/23, I have received part of my order but there is still one item that has not been sent.
