“It has been 2 weeks & while checking the track order, I see the link to your web page & contact info brings up a broken link. I don't know how to contact you about my order. Will it ever ship?Did you go out of business? It seems I will need to contact my credit card co as you took the $ when I placed the order 7/24/25 & now I am left hanging. Very disappointed & will run out of my needed suppliment recommended by my ND before I can reorder with Wellevate & receive. Not to mention $135.81 or more spent while I wait for it to be credited hopefully, on my nex tcredit card bill.”
“It's been five weeks since I ordered and I have not gotten my order, nor have I gotten a refund. Do not ever order with this company. They do not answer their phones and do not answer their email. Zero customer support. Going to report this to my credit card company now.”

“Placed order for quantity of 3 May 1st of the Restorative Formulations Mitochondria Nutrition PQQ. Package arrived May 12th and I am disappointed that you use Styrofoam packing peanuts. These are not good for the environment.”

“Ok but I had to call to receive 5 of the 8 bottles ordered...and still it was about 4-5 weeks to receive the order from the placement time. I stated when I called that I needed the product soon due to travel. I am lacking 3 of the bottles. Too much stress and effort to get the order. The man was nice, but that did not resolve the issue. Not to mention, the card was charged immediately despite the delay in shipping and lack for producing the full order. Not sure if I will receive the last 3 bottles or not.”

“The product is good I love it but the shipping took forever to get here I wanted the package for my mother who lived overseas and the person who supposed to deliver left me so now I don’t know what to do the mail arrive almost two weeks after the purchase that hurt my feelings”
