“I ordered and paid for two bottles of 180 capsules of allerease. You sent two small bottles. I emailed and phoned you. You assured me you would send the correct order. You never did. I am now cancelling the order and the subscription and I expect a full refund.”

“As with several other customers, I placed my order on line and received it over 3 weeks later. I emailed them and they promptly set the shipment process in motion.
The shipping material was good and there was a tracking number for me to know where my order was. The product is very good and the price was right.
I'll have to think twice about using this company again. And if I do I'll certainly contact DNS to get the shipping process in motion if necessary.”
“Your packaging is an embarrassment. Your processing fees should be covered by the cost of the product. Not an additional cost to the customer. They are excessively high.”
“I won’t buy again. It took over a week to ship. They won’t answer phone or email and they don’t tell you up front how long they take to ship. They add it to your email receipt to say 1-3 months to ship. I’d give them a big fat 0 not even a 1”
