As with several other customers, I placed my order on line and received it over 3 weeks later. I emailed them and they promptly set the shipment process in motion.
The shipping material was good and there was a tracking number for me to know where my order was. The product is very good and the price was right.
I'll have to think twice about using this company again. And if I do I'll certainly contact DNS to get the shipping process in motion if necessary.
