“It has been 2 weeks & while checking the track order, I see the link to your web page & contact info brings up a broken link. I don't know how to contact you about my order. Will it ever ship?Did you go out of business? It seems I will need to contact my credit card co as you took the $ when I placed the order 7/24/25 & now I am left hanging. Very disappointed & will run out of my needed suppliment recommended by my ND before I can reorder with Wellevate & receive. Not to mention $135.81 or more spent while I wait for it to be credited hopefully, on my nex tcredit card bill.”

“Cancelled my order because after almost 2 weeks after placing my order, it still didn’t ship. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone to cancel my order gave unsolicited advice as to what I ordered and wanted to cancel. I don’t need his opinion as there is a specific reason for using this particular brand for my dog.”
