“Placed order for quantity of 3 May 1st of the Restorative Formulations Mitochondria Nutrition PQQ. Package arrived May 12th and I am disappointed that you use Styrofoam packing peanuts. These are not good for the environment.”
“Ok but I had to call to receive 5 of the 8 bottles ordered...and still it was about 4-5 weeks to receive the order from the placement time. I stated when I called that I needed the product soon due to travel. I am lacking 3 of the bottles. Too much stress and effort to get the order. The man was nice, but that did not resolve the issue. Not to mention, the card was charged immediately despite the delay in shipping and lack for producing the full order. Not sure if I will receive the last 3 bottles or not.”

“As with several other customers, I placed my order on line and received it over 3 weeks later. I emailed them and they promptly set the shipment process in motion.
The shipping material was good and there was a tracking number for me to know where my order was. The product is very good and the price was right.
I'll have to think twice about using this company again. And if I do I'll certainly contact DNS to get the shipping process in motion if necessary.”

There were a few problems with my order. First, it took a good month to receive the vitamin powder. Then it arrived without a lid, which gives me some hesitation about using it. It does have the inner seal, which appeasrs to be intact.”
“I ordered a product for lung support 9 days ago, and frankly really need it since Ive had a bad chest cold, but the tracking number still tells me USPS is still awaiting the product. 9 days later… I checked the shipping policy and apparently discount nutrition has up to 3 months to ship the item before offering any assistance or refund. Had I read this policy prior to ordering I would have ordered the product from a different site. Would not order from them again, and really hope I receive the product in the near future”
