“I ordered my vitamins on December 22, 2024. on Dec 23, 2024 I received an email saying my order would arrive soon. I did not receive my order until January 22, a month later. that is not "soon". I wasn't sure they would ever arrive and the vitamins are important to my health regimen, so I ordered them from somewhere else. they arrived a week after I ordered them. I spent $100.47 on my order from you. I would appreciate a full refund as the tardiness in your delivery left me with the only alternative of purchasing the vitamins vital to my health, elsewhere. I ordered from you because your price was slightly cheaper. It was not worth the savings. I will never order from you again.”

I have contacted the company multiple times through email and phone and finally they said they were going to issue me a label for return and a refund and neither one of those has happened and I confirm the email address and I get their promotional emails. I have opened up a Better Business Bureau case.”
