I know I placed an order on 3/6/24 and as of today (3/19/24) I have not received my order. I am giving a 5 star rating for my previous order that was handled by your employee by the name of Jeremy. I hope I spelled his name correctly. I recently spoke with Jeremy only to sadly discover that your Level 3 Pain Relief Cream is no longer available. But it is always a pleasure in talking with Jeremy. He is personable, knowledgeable and always tries to be helpful.
