I made a mistake in my online order which I realized AS SOON AS I completed the purchase. I tried cancelling the order, and tried calling and e-mailing to correct my order but could not reach anyone. Nothing worked. Thus I paid for items that I did not want. The items did arrive on time and in good shape. But wish I could have reached a human being to make the correction.
