The easiest part of my purchase was selecting an item and submitting my payment information. After that it ends. There is no customer service conduit to follow up on purchases and I received one tracking notice that a label was created and the USPS is awaiting the item…that I purchased weeks ago. That’s exactly where you need improvement and you’d get 5 stars. Sorry. Oh and please send me the item I paid for or refund me. Thanks
