I have been taking Evergreen Herbal ANG to manage pain and swelling for many years. It was prescribed by my acupuncturist who is also a Chinese medicine specialist. While every NSAD (aleve, ibuprophen, aspirin) irritates my digestion (stomach pain), ANG does not while being very effective.
